WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We clean in State College, Boalsburg, Port Matilda, Bellefonte and any other location within a 30-minute drive.

HOW DO I GIVE YOU ACCESS TO MY HOME?

We no longer accept client’s keys. You have the option of providing a lock box with the key, a code, leave the house unlocked, or be home on the day of your cleaning. 

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A PLUM VISIT?

Please put away anything that would prevent us from cleaning thoroughly, such as loose papers, dog toys and children’s toys. In the kitchen, put away all dishes. Set out replacement bags for all trash containers.

 

CAN I TRUST MY CLEANING PROFESSIONAL?

Absolutely! We check the background and references of each cleaning professional we hire, and we conduct all interviews in person. We believe that your trust and security come first, so we hold our cleaning professionals to the highest standards. 

CAN I REQUEST THE SAME CLEANING PROFESSIONAL?

We strive to provide consistency, but due to changes in availability, sometimes your cleaner will differ. Rest assured that all our cleaners are trained to deliver our pristine clean standard.

WHAT TIME WILL MY CLEANING BE SCHEDULED?

We service homes between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will strive to be at your home within a two-hour window of the time given to you. 

WILL YOU REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, we’ll send you an automated text reminder three days prior to service.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

If you need to cancel within 24 business hours, a 100% fee will apply. For cancellations under 72 business hours, a 50% fee is in place. These fees help cover the wages of our employees since we reserve their time exclusively for your appointment.

Please note that excessive cancellations may result in the cancellation of services, even with notice.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept credit card payments. No more writing checks or scrambling for cash.

IS MY BILLING INFORMATION KEPT SAFE AND SECURE?

Yes! We use an SSL (online security technology) that ensures our website will never be compromised. We store all billing information in a completely secure database. Your security is our #1 priority.

WHAT IF YOU MISS A SPOT?

You can count on pristine clean after every visit. In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with the results, we’ll take care of the problem within 24 hours.
